To you who is reading this blog — thank you.
So many of you have shared how much you enjoy reading my blogs and how my words have inspired you. Your messages, your encouragement, and your belief in me have truly touched my heart. Every time one of you tells me how something I wrote made an impact, it gives me strength to keep going. So, this one is for you — the person who believes in me, cheers me on, and reminds me why I do what I do.
Earlier this year, I asked myself a simple but powerful question:“What if I host my own market?”
After four years of being a vendor at more than 100 pop-up markets across Minnesota, that thought planted itself deep in my heart. I have met so many incredible small business owners, creative makers, and hardworking dreamers at those events. I’ve learned from every experience, every setup, every conversation. And this year, something inside me said — why not create my own space where local makers can shine?
A few months later, at a Roseville business meeting, I met one of the managers from Rosedale Center. As I listened, I felt that spark again — that nudge I always recognize as God’s whisper saying, “Do it.” When something is placed in my heart, I know it’s there for a reason. So, I scheduled a meeting with her, shared my idea, and soon after, we agreed for me to host the last market of 2025 at Rosedale Center.
I still remember that moment — signing the contract and thinking, “Wow, it’s really happening!” My heart was racing. I was scared, but I was also filled with peace. I knew this was meant to be.
At first, I reached out to all my vendor friends — people I’ve met and admired over the past few years. But most of them were already booked for other events. I told myself, no problem, and decided to connect with new vendors during the Minnesota State Fair. But then I discovered that many of them were from out of state. For a moment, fear crept in.
In early September, I even called the manager at Rosedale and told her, “I don’t think I can do this.” She gently but firmly reminded me, “Jeena, I trusted your word.” That was all I needed to hear. Her confidence reignited my own, and I told her, “Yes, I will make this happen.”
From that day, I made calls, sent messages, and reached out personally to vendors. Because of the relationships I’ve built over the years, many said yes. A few other market hosts I know also supported me by sharing the event with their contacts. The response was so heartwarming.
I reached out to WBDC, Visit Roseville, and The Roseville Reader, and all of them said yes without hesitation. Their encouragement gave me chills — it reminded me how strong our community is when we come together.
Now, with just a couple of weeks to go, I am so proud and thankful for the amazing lineup of vendors who have believed in this vision and joined the Fall Market at Rosedale Center:

To each and every vendor — thank you for saying yes, for believing in my vision, and for trusting that together we can make this a special event for our community. Many people have asked me, “Why are you doing this?”And my answer is simple: for the experience, for the community, and for the joy of seeing others shine.
I want to learn what it’s like to host a market, to understand the process from a new perspective, and to continue creating spaces that bring people together. I’m doing it to support local makers, to celebrate creativity, and to help make Roseville a place where connection and culture thrive.
So, I invite you — yes, you reading this right now — to come join us! Come shop early for the holidays, meet incredible small business owners, and be part of something heartfelt and meaningful. When you show up, you don’t just shop — you encourage, uplift, and give hope to entrepreneurs like us who pour our hearts into our work. Every purchase, every smile, every kind word makes a difference.
Let’s make this Fall Market a celebration of community, courage, and creativity. I can’t wait to see you at Rosedale Center, October 24, 25 and 26th (Mall Hours).
